Stock Hammer ("the App") is developed to help small business owners manage inventory, track sales, and streamline point of sale operations. This privacy policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when using the App.

Account Information: When you create an account or log in, we collect your email address through Firebase Authentication.
Business Information: You may optionally provide a business name or other profile details when setting up your account.
Inventory & Sales Data: Any information you enter into the App — including product listings, stock levels, sales records, and purchase history — is stored securely in Firebase Firestore.
Usage Data: Firebase may collect non-identifying information such as device type, operating system, crash logs, and app performance metrics to help improve stability.

2. How We Use Information

To create and manage your account and business profile.
To allow you to access your inventory and sales data across devices.
To sync data between devices when an internet connection is available.
To generate sales and inventory reports based on the data you enter.
To improve app stability and performance.

3. Business Data

Inventory records, sales transactions, and any other business data you enter are associated with your account and stored securely in Firebase. Your business data is accessible only to you and is not shared with, sold to, or visible to any other users or third parties.

4. Offline Data

Stock Hammer uses offline-first functionality, which means some data may be temporarily stored on your device before syncing to Firebase. This local data is protected by your device's own security settings. We recommend using a device passcode or biometric lock to protect locally stored data.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business information. We only share data with trusted third-party services (Firebase) that provide hosting, authentication, and database functionality.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using Firebase's built-in security rules and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by business owners and is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
