I'm a Chemical Engineer with a background in manufacturing processes and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. My love of coding started with VBA automation in Excel — and it snowballed from there. DataForge is my first big step outside that world, and I'm building it one real problem at a time.
When I'm not forging apps, I'm a member of the Marilla Marching Band — one of the few adults in a community band that somehow still gets me to show up every week. 🎶

VBA macros scratched that itch for a long time. But eventually the Excel sandbox felt too small. DataForge is what happened when I decided to actually learn to build things properly — Android apps, web apps, Firebase backends, and more.
Every app here started as a real need: a friend needed to track a classic Corvette's maintenance, a kid needed a safe way to look up unicorns, a band needed a way to let the crowd request songs. That's the DataForge philosophy — practical tools for real life. 🔧🔥
